Common questions

Will embroidery start before I approve the proof?

No. Artimize prepares a proof first. Embroidery production starts only after proof approval and production handoff.

What can I change during proof review?

You can request corrections tied to the submitted template fields, such as spelling, layout, placement, or palette. New artwork direction or unsupported placement may need manual quote review.

Can I ask for a completely custom image?

The MVP uses fixed embroidery templates with limited customization. Pet silhouettes, unusual materials, new artwork direction, and complex references are routed to manual review before checkout.

When will my order ship?

Shipping starts after proof approval, production handoff, embroidery, QA, and packing. Any dates shown before approval are estimates, not guaranteed delivery promises.

Where is my tracking number?

Tracking is shared when the carrier label is created. Carrier scans can update after the parcel is first scanned.

Can I cancel or refund a personalized item?

Before proof approval, the request can still be reviewed. After proof approval and production handoff, personalized made-to-order items are final sale unless there is a verified production defect.
