Artimize products are made to order. A request must pass payment confirmation and proof approval before embroidery, finishing, packing, and shipping can begin.

Shipping starts after proof approval, payment confirmation, and production handoff. Dates shown before approval are estimates, not guaranteed delivery promises.
Estimated timelines
Starter templates currently use estimated lead times such as 14 days after proof approval. Manual quote items receive a timeline after design review.
Tracking
Tracking is shared when the carrier label is created. Tracking events may update after the parcel is scanned by the carrier.
Duties and import taxes
International orders may be subject to destination-country duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or customs delays. These charges are not controlled by Artimize and may be collected by the carrier or local authority.
For order-specific questions, include the product name, proof status, and request email so Artimize can review the correct context.
