Artimize uses fixed templates and limited customization fields. Complex artwork, references, and uncertain production work are routed to manual quote.
Manual quote boundary
Pet silhouettes, reference images, new artwork direction, unusual placement, and unsupported materials require manual review before checkout.
Proof approval
The proof confirms layout and feasibility. Production starts only after approval, and revision scope stays tied to the submitted brief.
Unsupported requests
Artimize may decline requests involving copyrighted artwork, unsafe wording, unclear references, untested materials, or embroidery density that would create poor production quality.
For order-specific questions, include the product name, proof status, and request email so Artimize can review the correct context.
