Defects and mistakes
If the finished item does not match the approved proof or has a production defect, contact Artimize with photos and the order reference for review.
Refund method
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment path when possible. Manual invoice refunds may require additional identity, payment, and transaction evidence before release.
For order-specific questions, include the product name, proof status, and request email so Artimize can review the correct context.
