Terms of Service
Using Artimize means accepting the made-to-order proof workflow, template boundaries, payment review, and final-sale policy after approval.
Payment review
Some requests may be staged before payment collection. Manual invoice, PayPal, or future payment providers may be used depending on request risk and account availability.
Order changes
Artimize may decline requests that are impossible, infringing, unsafe, or outside the supported embroidery template and supplier capability.
No production without approval
A staged request, quote, cart, or invoice does not mean production has started. Production starts only after payment confirmation, proof approval, and internal handoff.
For order-specific questions, include the product name, proof status, and request email so Artimize can review the correct context.
